Who You Are:
We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Technical Recruiter. This role will work remotely and is responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle for your aligned Engineering and Product client groups in the US and UK and building an awesome candidate experience. You will be responsible for recruiting for multiple roles across the business, connecting with candidates on a deeper level, exemplifying BlackLine's amazing culture. You will have the opportunity to be a trusted partner to our hiring teams and develop improved interview, evaluation processes, and candidate experience.
You will partner with the business to create sourcing strategies that will attract diverse talent that is second to none.
