Guiding strategic business decisions in the boardroom? Easy. Making pasta? I don’t know about you, but I ordered a lot of takeout this past year.

CAOs are expected to be leaders and masters of our craft—which leaves little time to master some of our personal interests. So, I’ve selected this special event for us to spend time with BlackLine Resident Chef, Joel Miller. 

Join me and a handful of CAOs as we learn how to make pasta like an Italian grandmother. Ok, that might be a stretch, but this masterclass will surely be a good start.

Noodling Around: Making Your Own Pasta

BlackLine Resident Chef, Joel Miller will guide us through the art of making the perfect pasta at home.

In this hands-on cooking experience, we will learn various techniques to make pasta, all about flours like 00 and semolina, the best way to knead pasta dough, and how to roll, cut, and cook the perfect pasta.

We’ll also create a delicious pasta sauce and then enjoy our hard work together with a glass of wine.
