Welcome to the New BlackLine Community & Champion Rewards

Have you checked out the new BlackLine Community yet? We relaunched it earlier this year to make it easier to use and find exactly what you need to optimize how you’re using BlackLine.

We want the Community to be your first stop to access product-related resources and tips, learn and network with your peers, and see what’s going on at BlackLine.

Start your tour of the Community with the Home section. This is where you can see the top discussions from other BlackLine users and get answers to any questions you have about BlackLine from your peers and BlackLine experts.

From there, it’s just a short hop over to the Ideas section where you can submit and vote on ideas to improve BlackLine. This section serves as our “listening post” so we can tell what’s resonating among BlackLine users. We’ll review new feedback on an ongoing basis.

Rounding out the My Community tab is the Events section. This is the place to go to find out about all of BlackLine’s upcoming events, from live events like our Best Practices Summits to InTheBlack and our online webinars. These events will help you get the most out of BlackLine.

The next stop is the Knowledge Base. This is one of the keys to making sure you have the knowledge you want when you want it.

The Knowledge Base has the product documentation and release notes that you’re used to finding in the Community, along with:

• SOC Reports without having to log a Support case

• Support FAQs to answer the most commonly asked questions about using BlackLine

• Customer Success Tips direct from our Customer Success team to help you use BlackLine more efficiently

• BlackLine U demo videos that offer quick ways to maximize your use of BlackLine

• Implementation guides to help those of you who are just getting started on your BlackLine journey

You can also access BlackLine U from the Community to take advantage of the learning resources available there.

Additionally, the Community is your entry point to BlackLine Champion Rewards. This is a chance for you to help us develop and share exciting content, establish your expertise, help out current and future BlackLine users, and be recognized for your contributions.

Each time you complete a challenge in Champion Rewards, you’ll earn points that you can redeem for awesome BlackLine swag and other exciting prizes. Those challenges may include registering for an upcoming webinar, becoming a reference for future BlackLine users, or even taking a picture of Buckie the Bull exploring the world.
