Michelle has been at BlackLine for over 5 years as a Senior Solution Consultant—her sweet spot is translating system features into business outcomes that matter to finance teams. She spent her first two years in BlackLine’s Customer Success organization, helping customers post–go-live through a proven Success Plan and the Digital Transformation Framework to unlock best-practice finance operations. Before joining BlackLine, she spent over 15 years in accounting and external/internal audit, specializing in SOX controls and compliance. That experience gives Michelle a unique lens: she understands both the nuances of finance operations and how technology can elevate them.

He has spent over 10 years at BlackLine in various roles helping customers implement BlackLine, working with some of the largest Transaction Matching customers globally. Edwin is based out of Los Angeles, but has spent time working in the Singapore and Tokyo offices.
