The Challenge
Committed to innovation, both on the production line and in operations, Chobani recently engaged in finance transformation.
The transformation included a transition to SAP. However, mid-implementation, Eric Johnson, Chobani’s senior director of Finance and assistant controller, realized the team needed more than an ERP to truly modernize accounting.
“SAP was a key part of our finance transformation, and yet we were still missing certain components,” says Johnson. “We needed a solution that would complement SAP while enabling end-to-end efficiency.”
