Meet the New Leaders

To continue leading the market and exceed the expectations of our growing customer base, we have appointed two new executives to our customer organization. This strategic move enhances our solutions offerings and reinforces our commitment to accelerated adoption and value realization. 

Victor Perez joins BlackLine as Senior Vice President of Professional Services. With a background in finance and accounting and extensive experience in the delivery of SaaS and enterprise software solutions to some of the largest enterprise customers, Victor leads strategic consulting and implementation services focusing on helping our customers accelerate their transformation journey and achieve more value quickly.   

Richard Yuch, the new Vice President of Global Customer Adoption and Renewal Management, brings nearly 20 years of experience in customer success and renewal management. Richard is leading the integration of customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal management. This integration will ensure more seamless collaboration with our customers through the full customer journey and sustained customer satisfaction. 

Perez and Yuch report to Jimmy Duan, BlackLine’s Chief Customer Officer. Their roles have been effective since July 15, 2024, and they are already making strides in enhancing BlackLine's service delivery and support capabilities.
