Senior Demand Generation Marketing Specialist - 14140

Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)  

  • Collaborate with Marketing team members in support of overall corporate campaign strategy to meet demand generation targets and objectives.
  • Execute and manage global webinars in support of corporate marketing objectives - identifying the audience, tactics, content, themes, and deadlines needed to execute planned webinars to meet campaign objectives.
  • Oversee creation of all campaign components, including working with and providing creative input to Design and Marketing Channel Managers on components within their channel.
  • Ensure timely and coordinated execution of all campaign components.
  • Track and compile results of both the overall campaign and individual components within the campaign.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Email Marketing - managing email builds, designing and testing to optimize Email response rates.
  • Support MidMarket and Enterprise programs through demand generation campaigns, budget, and campaign management as required.
  • Support APAC and EMEA regions through demand generation campaigns, budget, and campaign management as required.
  • Support Focused Product initiatives through demand generation campaigns, budget and campaign management as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 2+ years marketing experience, preferably B2B with a technology or software company
  • Experience managing webinar programs and/or online events, from inception to post-production promotion
  • Experience with ON24 or similar webinar platform
  • Must be a highly motivated team contributor with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors
  • Excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skills required
  • Must have proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects, priorities, and engagements simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns using project management applications like Wrike, Basecamp, etc
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
