Job Summary

With frequent supervision and guidance, the Total Rewards Intern will assist the HR, Technology and Compensation teams to automate processes, deliver repeatable reporting, and build out HR metrics.

Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)  

  • Assists in the execution of projects and in the design, implementation, and support of HR Technology functionality
  • Supports the analysis of requirements and processes in order to create more automation, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and the overall end-user experience
  • Helps to create and maintain process, system, and end-user documentation
  • Supports the design and build out of the compensation framework and reporting within SuccessFactors
  • Creates tiles and dashboards in SuccessFactors to showcase HR Metrics

Required Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Spring 2022

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze data and detect meaningful trends and patterns

Other:

  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) technical information
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SuccessFactors or other HR information systems and report writing tools
  • Basic understanding of JIRA
  • Some experience with data visualization and business analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Enrolled in a degree program focused on HR, Organizational Development, or Data Science

Working Conditions

  • Remote working environment, with possible opportunity to come to Headquarters on occasion
