This summer, the Talent Acquisition Operations team is driving global adoption of a newly-implemented Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We’re seeking a project management and analytics intern to support our team in global adoption of our ATS for full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to offer and onboarding. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional, global teams to support our Talent Acquisition members by designing and implementing a suitable workflow process for global recruitment, ensuring country-specific offer and onboarding processes align with the needs of each jurisdiction, and present to top company leaders. You will learn how to manage projects to remain in-scope, learn executive-level communication and presentation skills, and deepen your knowledge of global human resource and business processes.
Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)
Years of Experience in Related Field: Currently obtaining a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with an interest in data and analytics or project management.
Education: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate in Spring 2022.

Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands required.
