Job Summary  

The Center of Excellence (COE) team is responsible for maintaining excellence in projects and operations within the Professional Services team.  The COE Intern will assist the COE Program Manager in governing and deploying initiatives pertaining to the Professional Services team.  The COE intern will gain experience in strategy, PMO and Operations.   

Roles and Responsibility (list in order of importance)   

• Take notes in meetings and summarize action points for distribution to participants 
• Create documentation and job aids relative to COE initiatives using tools including, but not limited to, Visio, Smartsheet, MS Office Suite 
• Assist in governing the Services Delivery Framework by monitoring and responding to stage gate communications 

• Analyze FinancialForce project data and follow up with action items for Implementation Consultants and Managers 
• Strategize with the COE team members and contribute to the COE’s ongoing initiatives 

 Required Qualifications  

Years of Experience in Related Field:  

Education: You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate/graduate in Spring 2022. 

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Creative thinker 
• Highly motivated 

• Organized and driven 
• Team Player  
• Interest in PMO, Implementation and Strategy 
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite 

Working Conditions 

Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands required.
