ANNUAL EUROPEAN CLIENT GATHERING SUPPORTS FINANCIAL SOFTWARE PROVIDER’S COMMITMENT TO STRENGTHEN GLOBAL PRESENCE, DELIVER SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLDWIDE
LOS ANGELES – Feb. 27, 2012 – As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthen its global presence and provide clients everywhere with superior service, financial software provider BlackLine Systems is hosting its annual European User Group Meeting tomorrow in Brussels – serving the company’s rapidly growing base of clients in the region.
Representatives from BlackLine client companies including ACCO, Kempinski Hotels SA, Lafarge SA, Paradigm Ltd. and Rackspace Hosting, to name a few, are expected to join BlackLine’s team of experts in Brussels. Kristine Vennens, project manager for BlackLine client VF Europe BVBA, will give a presentation highlighting her experience implementing and since using BlackLine’s Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching and Journals modules at the $9 billion global lifestyle apparel brand leader.
The full-day event will hone in on the benefits and ROI companies can achieve using BlackLine, giving users a venue to share ideas on how their accounting and finance departments can get the most value out of their BlackLine application.
“The 2011 BlackLine European User Group meeting was a great event,” said Nina Eckerle, director of corporate finance at Kempinski Hotels, referencing her experience attending last year’s event in Dublin. “I came back to the office with a lot of motivation and many, many ideas about what I wanted to change and how I could improve things. I also very much enjoyed talking to other users about how they use BlackLine.”
As at all BlackLine User events, those who attend the Brussels session will be given an opportunity to:
• Learn best practices from BlackLine’s team of experts
• Hear how experienced users from other regional companies creatively use BlackLine
• Preview upcoming software enhancements
• Directly influence the product direction going forward
The 2012 BlackLine European User Group Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace in Brussels, Belgium.
