Kimberly-Clark, Northrop Grumman, UTC Among Clients Presenting at BlackLine Annual User Conference; Keynotes to be Given by J.D. Power IV, Executives from SAP and Nucleus Research


LOS ANGELES – Oct. 18, 2011  Financial software provider BlackLine Systems will be hosting its Annual User Conference next week from Sunday to Wednesday, Oct. 23 to 26, in Las Vegas.

J.D. “Jamey” Power IV, formerly of world-renowned market research firm J.D. Power and Associates, will deliver a keynote speech on the importance of building a high-quality brand based on his bestselling book Satisfaction: How Every Great Company Listens to the Voice of the Customer. Other keynotes will be given by Pete Graham, director, Solution Management, SAP America, Inc., and Rebecca Wettemann, VP of research at leading technology industry analyst firm Nucleus Research.

Graham and Wettemann are each expected to hone in on the transformation of technology over time, highlighting where they see the industry going based on fast-moving developments in cloud and SaaS computing, analytics and mobility applications.

Speakers also include senior finance executives from BlackLine Fortune 100 client Northrop Grumman, as well as from many other leading BlackLine client companies such as Atlas Air, Cox Communications, Kimberly-Clark and United Technologies Corp.

More than 200 clients, partners and prospects from around the globe are registered to attend the four-day event. Leading consulting firms from BlackLine’s global network, including Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG LLP, Resources Global Professionals and UHY Advisors, each have representatives signed up (many of whom are presenting, as well).

Through a joint event with Habitat for Humanity, company employees and interested clients and partners will volunteer their time the day before the conference begins to help rebuild a home in the Las Vegas area.
