BlackLine To Host 2nd Annual Partner Forum in Australia To Serve Growing Base of APAC Clients

Sydney, NSW, Australia – Aug. 17, 2010 Financial software provider BlackLine Systems will be hosting its second annual Partner Forum in Australia this week, as part of the company’s ongoing effort to better serve its large and growing base of clients in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

The BlackLine APAC Partner Forum will be a half-day event in Sydney on Friday, Aug. 20, 2010. Local representatives from leading consulting firms are among those registered to attend.

A team of BlackLine experts will lead discussions focusing on how partners can help bring BlackLine’s account reconciliation and financial close software to more companies in the APAC region. Specific topics include developments at the company, the state of the market and training and certification courses available to partners.

The BlackLine APAC Partner Forum comes on the heels of BlackLine’s first-ever APAC User Conference where more than 70 finance/accounting department executives from BlackLine’s local client base are gathering this week for events in Melbourne and Sydney. Representatives from BlackLine customers BP and Kimberly-Clark will be presenting at each of the User Conference events alongside BlackLine team members.

The Partner Forum also follows the recent launch of BlackLine’s new Partner Implementation Certification Training Program – an intensive 3-day course that equips partners with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver the same level of world-class service that companies have come to expect from BlackLine.
