BlackLine Systems Raises the Customer Service Bar with Debut of ‘White Glove Service’

Calabasas, Calif. – Aug. 11, 2010 – Financial software provider BlackLine Systems has raised the bar by providing its clients with ‘White Glove Service’ to help them get the most out of the BlackLine Financial Close Software Suite.
BlackLine’s ‘White Glove Experts’ proactively reach out to current BlackLine clients to provide a deep level of accounting and application expertise – at no charge – to help them optimize their use of BlackLine. Typical scenarios might include configuring new templates for complex reconciliations, demonstration and usage of other modules, and configuration of the system to better meet the client’s needs.
