NEWLY CERTIFIED PARTNERS UNIQUELY POSITIONED TO ASSIST BLACKLINE WITH MID-MARKET CLIENT IMPLEMENTATIONS
Calabasas, Calif. – Aug. 9, 2010 – Axia Resources, Clearview Solutions, Horn Solutions, Jefferson Wells, Management Resource Partners and SALO are the latest in a growing list of consulting and professional services firms to achieve ‘BlackLine Implementation Certification’ through BlackLine Systems’ new training program that gives partners the skills they need to implement the BlackLine Financial Close Software Suite.
The ‘BlackLine Implementation Certification Program’ spans an intensive multi-day course agenda that equips partners with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver the same level of world-class service that companies have come to expect from BlackLine.
“Becoming a BlackLine Certified Implementation Partner further strengthens our relationship with BlackLine and gives our clients the confidence of knowing that our consultants are trained to the same high standards they are used to from BlackLine’s in-house implementation professionals,” noted Mark Gibbons, director and account reconciliation global subject matter expert with Jefferson Wells.
The newly certified partners will be a critical implementation resource to help BlackLine better serve mid-market customers – the fastest-growing segment of the market.
“For medium-sized companies, the importance of help from experienced consultants with accounting backgrounds rises to an even higher level. Mid-size organizations also often do not have sufficient staff to implement software and evaluate process changes that should be addressed beforehand,” James Wilson, partner, Clearview Solutions, said. “The certification we’ve received from BlackLine will enable us to give mid-market customers a very capable team of on-site advisors who truly understand their business.”
BlackLine’s next multi-partner Implementation Certification course will be offered in November. In the interim, a number of consulting firms are working directly with BlackLine so that their consultants can achieve certification more quickly. At the end of training, all participants are required to take an exam before being granted BlackLine Implementation Certification status. Those who pass are issued an official certificate of competency.
“We are excited to be a BlackLine Certified Implementation Partner,” Michael Ramelot, partner, Management Resource Partners, said. “Having assisted many BlackLine users with their implementations, we have developed a great regard for the value of the BlackLine application in helping mid-size companies optimize their account reconciliation and financial close processes.”
“BlackLine is fortunate to work with a range of partners with different specialties and capabilities to bring our account reconciliation and financial close software to companies of all sizes,” BlackLine CEO Therese Tucker said. “With our medium-sized business clients, we rely even more heavily on our partners’ expertise and hands-on experience with the software to bring personal attention to the implementation process.”
Three of the ‘Big Four’ accounting/consulting firms (Deloitte, Ernst & Young and KPMG) also are among those that have earned the distinction of being BlackLine-Certified. These global industry giants are primarily assisting with implementations for BlackLine’s many Fortune 500 clients.
