Live Training with BlackLine U

Our training classes are offered online through BlackLine U and the BlackLine Community. For clients who prefer live training, accountant and administrator classes are available at various times, as noted in the schedule below. You can also arrange live training for your organization through your BlackLine account manager.

This is the complete training class for new BlackLine users. In this extensive accountant-oriented class, we will review:

  • Basic account reconciliation techniques
  • All six standard reconciliation templates
  • Tips to make a smooth transition from Excel-based reconciliations to BlackLine
  • Shortcuts for the efficient use of BlackLine.

This class is recommended for all new users of BlackLine, including approvers and reviewers. You can’t manage what you don’t know!

This is the complete training class for administrators. The session has three parts:

  • Local Administrator (45 minutes)
  • System Administrator (15 minutes)
  • Business Administrator (60 minutes) Learn all the features of administering the BlackLine application.

Business and system administrators should attend the complete class. Local administrators can leave after the first 45 minutes, but we recommend you stay for the entire class to see all the features that are available.
