“We are glad to be a client of BlackLine. We had an audit requirement to have our manual journal entries approved before being entered into our Oracle General Ledger. Your product was the perfect solution for the approval of the journals and the storage of the backup documentation. We also really like being able to grant access to the auditors to review the journal entries on their own.

In the past, we would have to sit in a large conference room and review the journals with the auditors for hours. If they had questions, then we would have to procure the paper back up documentation from the person who created the journal. This was very time consuming and not a very efficient process. In early November, we had a deadline to start entering our journals through BlackLine for the November journals starting Dec. 1. I receive an e-mail response from her on Nov. 28 at 12:08 AM Central Standard time or 10:08 your time on Thanksgiving. This was taking time out of her personal holiday to move us forward to reaching our deadline.
