MEMC has been a happy BlackLine client since 2007. They have the unique honor of being the only client to compose a Christmas poem for the BlackLine Support Team:

Just seven days hence and that day will be here.
For some of us time off will bring it that much more near.

I thought that right now would be time to let you all know,
how much its appreciated your help, wisdom and cheer.

There is only one faux pas left that still brings me some fear
but just let us say that to name all whom to thank would take till next year!

The cases, the questions, the phone calls don’t stop,
you must often feel like your wiping up the sea with a mop.

But calm you folks are when the phones must make such a
clatter and soon someone calls me and explains what’s the matter.

And I am just one of many who call; asking and asking another question to all.

I know you are growing, how many clients have you?
It won’t be long and you’ll have well over a hundred and two!

Time now for me to return to my work,
if I don’t get any of it done my boss will think me a jerk.

Jacob Marley I am not and Scrooge of course no!
But I wanted to thank you again before I must go.

With gratitude plus I wish you the best of this season,
your kindness and help are just part of the reason.
