We also really like being able to grant access to the auditors to review the journal entries on their own.

In the past, we would have to sit in a large conference room and review the journals with the auditors for hours. If they had questions, then we would have to procure the paper back up documentation from the person who created the journal. This was very time consuming and not a very efficient process. In early November, we had a deadline to start entering our journals through BlackLine for the November journals starting Dec. 1. We would not have reached our deadline if it was not for the help of Charlie Reyerson (Gaulke.) She did an AMAZING job meeting our deadline in such a short time. She was always available to contact when we had questions or the system was not working correctly. When we had an issue, she able to analyze and fix the issue in a matter of minutes. She is a very knowledgeable and valuable employee to your organization. She and I exchanged many e-mails and phone conversations back and forth over the past two weeks.

I receive an e-mail response from her on Nov. 28 at 12:08 AM Central Standard time or 10:08 your time on Thanksgiving. This was taking time out of her personal holiday to move us forward to reaching our deadline.
