Role-Based Training

Train-the-Trainer
BlackLine’s staff will train your key employees so that you always have an expert onsite. Clients select either their power users or appropriate personnel responsible for training the end users to participate in this training. These people will then become experts in the BlackLine applications. Typical training requires a few hours per role. Additional sessions may be used to reinforce the concepts learned.
End User Training
BlackLine’s team is available to assist in training or to completely train your end users. Even if you choose to pursue a train-the-trainer approach, you may want to take advantage of the knowledge and experience that the BlackLine staff has by including them in training your end users. The BlackLine staff has worked with over fifty multi-national corporations and offers valuable insight into properly educating the end users.
New Feature Workshops
BlackLine delivers new feature workshops with every new release to ensure that your users and organization utilize the latest and greatest features. The new feature workshops are hosted based on BlackLine’s software release schedule. They typically occur every quarter through an online webinar. These webinars are essential for learning about the latest features and taking advantage of all that BlackLine’s solutions offer.
Continuing Education
BlackLine provides continuing education from an accountant’s perspective through ongoing online webinars. These webinars cover a wide range of accounting topics ranging from “Preparing Account Reconciliations” to “Account Reconciliations: Techniques and Requirements for a Strong Control Process.” These webinars are a great way for your staff at all levels to ensure that their skills are up to par and to learn best practices from our expert accounting education team. Annual User Group
BlackLine hosts an annual in-person user group meeting.
