BlackLine Systems offer supports for its applications 365 (days per year) – 24 (hours per day) – 7 (days per week.) Support is typically conducted via email, telephone, and web meetings. Additionally, our online support portal provides a valuable client resource for searching our knowledge base, and submitting and tracking any support issues that our clients might have.
BlackLine has support offices on both the East and West coast in order to best accommodate our client’s business hours.
